Executive Summary and Disclosure Statement

Vision

My vision is to make a difference during my lifetime by building an extensive financial services and wealth management practice.

Mission

My mission is to create, nurture and maintain an environment of growth, accomplishment and a sense of confidence in the lives and hearts of my clients. To assist my clients determine the most effective strategies and techniques to accumulate assets, protect their family and business interests from financial emergency, save for educational needs, as well as, their retirement, protect lost income due to disability, providing money to the families and businesses in the event of the death of the parent, owner, key employee, and reduce their tax burden.

Code of Conduct

In all my relations with clients I agree to observe the following rule of professional conduct: I shall, in light of all circumstances surrounding my client, which I shall make every conscience effort to ascertain and to understand, give them that service which, had I been in the same circumstances, I would have applied to myself.

How We Work

  • Kites rise highest against the wind, not with it. - Winston Churchill
  • To admit you were wrong is to declare you are wiser now than before - Unknown
  • To the world, you might be one person, but to one person you might be the world.
  • You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do. - Henry Ford
  • In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different. - Coco Chanel
  • If you are good, be better. - Anonymous
  • Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value. - Einstein
  • The best way to predict your future is to create it. - Unknown
  • All beginnings require that you unlock a new door. - Rabbi Nachman of Brat Slav
  • It's easy to make a buck, but hard to make a difference. - Tom Brokaw
  • Always do right. This will gratify some people, and astonish the rest. - Mark Twain
  • Your future depends on many things, but mostly on you. - Frank Tyger
  • Be curious always! For knowledge will not acquire you: you must acquire it. - S. Back

My Core Beliefs

  • I believe there is good in all things even a market downturn.
  • I believe value based financial services are superior to all. Goals change, values do not.
  • I believe investors are too emotional concerning their investments. They tend to marry their holdings and let greed get the best of them.
  • I believe in dollar cost averaging* to reduce the effects of market price fluctuations.
  • I believe in asset allocation based on the clients risk tolerance, level of investment sophistication, required rate of return and financial position and tax situation.

The Recipe of a Healthy Client/Advisor Relationship

I seek to develop long-term relationships and friendships with my clients. As such, I ask for the following rights:

Full information as to all pertinent aspects of your family's finances, Total stewardship of the organizations or family's entire investment portfolio; and The time and effort necessary to arrive at a complete understanding of investment goals and life dreams.

If I am afforded those rights, I will then assume the responsibility for: Total trustworthiness, Devotion to the clients best interests; and The creation and maintenance of a financial strategy that will, with reasonable probabilities, strive to achieve the clients lifetime goals.

My Commitment to You

I can promise you that, throughout all of the years we will work together, you will never find another financial professional who will care more about you and your family, or who will be more deeply committed to the realization of your life goals.

I promise to make recommendations for the investment of your capital as carefully as I do my own, because I know that the dreams for your family's future are as important to you as mine are to me.

I commit to tell you the plain, uncensored truth at all times, especially when you may not want to hear it. If you ask me a question that I do not have the answer to, I promise to be smart enough to say to you, I don't know and then get the answer for you.

Finally, I will never tell you I can do something that I cannot; nor will I tell you I am going to do something, and then not do it. I promise to earn your trust.

Your Commitment to Me

If we work together, in that spirit of mutual trust, there is nothing within reason that we cannot accomplish. You see, I insist that my clients plan and actively participate in the planning process, and then stick to the plan.

In the spirit of mutual trust, you must always be truthful with me. You, your actions or your words will never be judged.

You must provide me with full financial disclosure. Your withholding of information could cause any recommendation I have for you to be inappropriate. More importantly, though, the lack of disclosure speaks to your lack of trust of me. If that were to be true, I cannot work with you; it would not be fair to either of us.

*Dollar cost averaging involves continuous investment, so investors must consider their financial ability to purchase shares during periods of low price levels. No investment strategy can guarantee a profit or protect against a loss in a declining market.
